Boyana Residential Estate- The program called for a subtle low rise building of total 850 sq.m. which was to be situated in the outskirts of Vitosha Mouintain, Sofia, Bulgaria. One that would incorporate the progressive style of our modern age with the subtlety of nature. A monolith concrete construction, provides the agility of the building. The massing of each apartment and the ample fenestration, gives the inhabitants the comfort they need, without overexposing them to external weather variations, giving them the ability of an unobtrusive experience of the beauty and tranquility of nature.
